@ObsidianUrbex - It looks like an early 60s Motobi Picnic. The seat isnt there and there's no headlamp. But that's the best I can do with this one perspective. Real cool though!!!

@tinker @ObsidianUrbex Yeah, that’s a pretty good match. The front wheel suspension is quite peculiar: on most scooters (Vespa, Lambretta, Garelli, etc) the mudguard covers the fork, here the mudguard is sitting between the arms.
