Der Befund beim #Nextcloud Summit 2026: #Digitalsouveränität ist Entscheidungsfreiheit, kein politisches Marketing. Das größte Risiko dabei ist Sovereignty Washing: Weil der Begriff nicht geschützt ist, vermarkten sich immer mehr Produkte als souverän, ohne die nötigen technischen und juristischen Voraussetzungen zu erfüllen. Der #Staat muss als glaubwürdiger Ankerkunde vorangehen, denn seine Beschaffungsentscheidungen sind das wirkungsvollste Instrument, das Europa heute schon in der Hand hält.
