@ChrisMayLA6 Since cornering vital resources includes funneling over qualified labor, into more menial sectors that better profit TechBros and Fossil Fuels Oligarchs, more attention should be placed upon upgrading elementary grades - the roots of proportional adult behavioral ranges - so the overall system is more sustainable.

This means eliminating deduction/reduction math, including the overweighting of multiple choice to singular solves, rendering early stages of development as a deeply rooted form of oppression/suppression, resulting in more obedient, subservient subjugation.

Integrating inherent hardware factors into the equation, helps PROduction levels in the education range, and keeps overly strict/narrow software from crippling youth, toward adulthood. This is why bioinformatics should be integrated into guidance counseling, so curriculum can be better shaped for a sustainable talent/aptitude range, maintained until full retirement.

This is a monumental task that isn't for the feint of heart. It takes tremendous acumen and persistence to coalesce the proportional talent and momentum, just to break through the increasingly heavier weights of snowballing ecosystems collapses, let alone fighting the wealthiest abusers in human history.

Hopefully there's enough of us to, at the very least, start a movement that can be effectively integrated in an emerging economy of a developing country, because there's less and less hope for modern industrialized nations to graduate beyond these oppressive tipping points, and contribute more long term.

The Global South, piggybacking of The Belt and Road Initiative, is one metric that may be worth evaluating.

Don't dismiss business lobbying as well. The petro industry is adept at lobbying for financial support for their profitable and dying industry. They know its dying and government investment on potentially stranded assets will increase their profits.

@ChrisMayLA6 I suggest it's because no one in government is interested in a cost/benefit analysis that considers anything other than GDP growth or taxable income as a benefit. "Knows the price of everything, but the value of nothing" seems apt...
