Having DHH on Pixelfed used to feel like validation, and made me proud.
It doesn't anymore.
We're not building this so that anyone with a following gets a seat.
We're building it so the people who need one are safe in it.
Those two things eventually conflict, and when they do, I know which side i'm on.
