@cmconseils And then there are those of us who for most of their lives were night people and shifted to becoming morning people as they got older. I've learned to creep around in the morning b/c I enjoy the quiet and lack of distractions.

I'm a night person but my body wakes up like I'm a morning person because that's when I have to work. It's not uncommon for me to be up until 2:00 and then wake up at 6:30. I hate it. Even on weekends. But at least on weekends I can lie there for 90 minutes until I fall asleep again.
