@ChrisMayLA6 how about increasing work availability for the disabled? We used to have firms like Remploy but that type of employment is diminishing.

@ChrisMayLA6 "Changing the support" usually implies getting people away from getting any money like through coercion into work because of course any benefit recipient is getting too much too easily and scamming the system because one is guilty of fraud until proved innocent which is always getting more difficult.
