June 20, 2020 - In his latest dismissal of a government official, Trump fired federal prosecutor Geoffrey S. Berman, the U.S. attorney in Manhattan.

Berman's office prosecuted Michael D. Cohen, Trump's former lawyer who was sentenced to prison for financial crimes.

He was also investigating Rudolph Giuliani, Trump's attorney.
