June 20, 2020 - Trump said he ordered his administration to "slow down" coronavirus testing so that fewer cases of COVID-19 would be reported.
"When you do testing to that extent, you're going to find more people, you're going to find more cases," he said at his first campaign rally in months, in Tulsa.
