"As anyone with sense might imagine, since the schools are funded by Colorado taxpayers of every religion, race, and sexual orientation, schools that participate in the program are not allowed to exclude enrollees on the basis of religion, race, or sexual orientation. It’s not that hard!
The schools and the Archdiocese claim that this amounts to discrimination against them for being Catholic. It’s not."
