The Office of #SpecialEducation & #RehabilitativeServices, which oversees the Individuals With #Disabilities #Education Act, or #IDEA, will move to #RFKJr’s Department of Health and Human Services [ #HHS], these people said. The Office for #CivilRights will move to the #DOJ.…An Education Department spokeswoman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
