The cleaned keyboard is a huge improvement over the filthy, stinkbug-poop-dotted version of a few hours ago. It remains yellowed, of course, but I plan to retrobrite the case and spacebar this week if the sun manages to come out for any length of time.
With this part done for now, attention turns back to the machine and removal of the main board. I have to do the dreaded analysis of the battery area - front and back - and see if I have nasty work ahead of me.
