At least 3 dead & 21 injured in #bomb attack at upscale #Moscow restaurant
A homemade bomb exploded at a restaurant in central Moscow on Saturday, killing 2 people & the woman suspected of carrying the device, & injuring 21 others, acc/to state news agency RIA Novosti, which cited #Russia’s National Anti-Terrorism Committee.

An unidentified woman attempted to enter Balzi Rossi restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square carrying what authorities believe was an IED, the committee said. A security guard stopped her from entering before the device exploded, killing the woman & the guard. A restaurant customer was also killed.
