Big Food across the world obstructs public health measures intended to promote healthy diets and move people away from ultra-processed foods; they do this by using 'lawfare' tying up countries in legal disputes intended if not to halt policy changes to delay them; all this while the corporations (Big Food) claim to be supporting healthy eating.
The food system is dysfunctional and such tactics suggests malign corporations intend to keep it that way.
