@ProPublica This is great, but if I may give an unsolicited take:

Just using the term "Prediction market' is already obfuscating the truth that these are just gambling apps. They are apps for gambling. There is no meaningful distinction between a "Prediction market" and a "gambling website" that justifies two different terms.
