@thomasfuchs I sauna a great deal, but that does not help me with the present heatwave. I still have exactly the same result as those who do not sauna. Then also, in a sauna you do not move, just quietly melt 馃サ

Maybe we should save energy and just sit quietly under a tree. You know trees, those are the green things that absorb carbon and produce oxygen.

@thomasfuchs uuuuuhhhh honestly? both are true. Acclimation is a really good idea, especially for younger/healthier people. But some level of AC can vital for older, less healthy people and for resetting a bit for the really terrible days. These are complimentary strategies.

Quite a few people die from Sauna too (to be fair, usually it's because they're drunk and fall asleep).
