And yes, AI proponents will go "but this wasn't how you are supposed to use AI!!!" And that's correct.
But this is what it gets sold as, and this shit is being used to set policies with.

AI is useless for any kind of the work it gets sold as, unless you either check EVERYTHING, or are willing to allow for mistakes that could expose you to criminal or reputational damages.

Case in point: KPMG which is one of the big four professional networks, now with a history of false ai-generated reports.

Nothing means anything anymore.

The stock market doesn't run on actual earnings anymore. Politics are based on proven falsehoods, money is tight for everyone but can be thrown at whatever stupid shit the oligarchs came up with now. War is used to make a quick buck in stocks. Science is ignored when it inconveniences anyone. Nobody with money ever faces the law, but the boot comes down hard if a poor person does anything. Jobs are just there to fill seats while a machine shits out non-thoughts.

It will all come crashing down, and they are going to give our money to cushion the hucksters when they fall.
